~ Call the Housing Office at (970)920-5050 to reserve your new home. You will be asked to sign a reservation agreement and place a $500 refundable deposit. Click here for the reservation agreement.

 

~ To be eligible to sign a reservation agreement, you must first get qualified for the housing program and get prequalified for a mortgage. Further instructions are below.

 

 
If you work in Pitkin County, it's easy to qualify for housing!
Just fill out this set of Qualification Forms and deliver them during business hours to the Housing Office at 530 E. Main Street, Lower Level, Aspen, CO.

 
And getting prequalified for a mortgage is easier than you think!

Just contact a lender and tell them that you're trying to get prequalified for Burlingame. Some who are familiar with this program are:
