Sales prices and policies for the sale of Burlingame Phase II community workforce housing units are be based on the Aspen / Pitkin County Housing Authority Guidelines, which are subject to change from year to year. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the Housing Authority Guidelines in addition to the information shown here.
In order to purchase affordable workforce housing, applicants must qualify with the Aspen / Pitkin County Housing Authority based on the Aspen / Pitkin County Housing Authoirity Guidelines. In doing so, applicants will fall into an income category, and the income category will establish the sales price for the unit. Sales prices and income categories in the Housing Authority Guidelines are subject to change from year to year.
