"Tons of kids are playing and running around. It is such a nice place to raise a family. Great young neighbors and tons of families. It's a perfect place for us." - Burlingame Resident, 2008

"The best thing about Burlingame is that it's a safe place where our kids can be kids. We feel blessed to be able to raise a family in a community like Aspen. Burlingame is our home." - Burlingame Resident, 2008

"My family and I have enjoyed living at Burlingame mostly because of our amazing neighbors."

The community is nestled beautifully against the base of Deer Hill and has been designed to utilize the sloping site to provide views of the Continental Divide, Buttermilk Mountain, Aspen Mountain and Aspen Highlands.

Burlingame Phase II Master Plan

Why Community Workforce Housing? Affordable workforce housing helps to sustain a vibrant, year-round community and a healthy local economy. Planning for new development of affordable workforce housing is necessary to not only stem the loss of free-market workforce housing that has occurred in Aspen and Pitkin County over the years, but also to mitigate against the same trend continuing in the future.
